While this season looked very different than what we initially planned, creating an outdoor opera festival this past spring was a dream come true. Thank you for your unwavering support which allowed us to successfully bring together world renowned artists for an exceptional reimagined season for the inaugural Festival Under the Stars. Over four days, more than 3,400 guests gathered at Baker Park to experience the beauty of opera. Dubbed by Opera World as the “The Musical Vaccine,” the festival featured one of the world’s most acclaimed tenors, Joseph Calleja, Giuseppe Verdi’s most popular opera, La Traviata starring Metropolitan Opera veterans Soprano Leah Partridge and Tenor Dimitri Pittas, and the iconic Broadway classic, West Side Story: Symphony Concert Version featuring Grammy award-winning artist Isabel Leonard.

Expanding access to world-class opera performances

Your support allows our dedicated team of artists and designers to transform our stage into immersive environments, outfit our performers with beautifully crafted costumes, and secure world-renowned artists to tell stories with passion and professionalism in the spaces we create.

Providing Innovative Education and Outreach Programs

With your help, we produce and perform a diversified program of music offerings to the community including the Opera Naples Academy, Resident Artists Program, Student Apprentice Program, Summer Youth Program, Elementary In-School Tours, and High School and University Partners in Music Education program. Each school year, Opera Naples exposes more than 3,000 children to opera!

Our goal is to strengthen our community through inclusive performing arts offerings that go beyond opera. We are proud to offer performances by internationally renowned classical artists through our Beaux Arts Season as well as celebrating professional performers in our local community through Naples’ Best at the Wang.
