About the Role: We’re looking for a hands-on Finance & Administration Manager to manage our bookkeeping and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you’ll handle everything from budgeting and financial reports to donor acknowledgments and general admin work. You’ll play a key part in making sure our organization stays on track financially while also supporting our team and donors/patrons day to day.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and overall financial planning.
• Keep an eye on how we’re doing financially and offer suggestions to help us improve.
• Create clear and accurate financial reports for our leadership team and board.
• Make sure we’re following all the right accounting rules and stay in line with regulations.
• Handle cash flow and help spot any financial risks.
• Set up and maintain systems and processes to keep things efficient and running smoothly.
• Help with audits, tax filings and required paperwork.
• Send thank-you letters and acknowledgments to donors in a timely and personal way.
• Keep track of donations and ticket sales transactions and make sure all records are correct and up to date.
• Work with different software systems (like Donor Perfect, GiveSmart, AudienceView, Authorize.net, etc.) to manage donor and patron info.
• Review and approve bills and payments that come in.
What We’re Looking For:
•A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field (CPA is a plus).
• At least 5 years of experience working in finance.
• Solid understanding of financial rules, reporting and best practices.
• Experience creating budgets, analyzing financial data and planning for the future.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using tools like QuickBooks and Excel.

• Have worked in a nonprofit or arts organization.
• Enjoy improving systems and making things more efficient.
