CAPA Rising Star Series Presents: The Philharmonic Youth Chorus

According to James Cochran, Director of the Philharmonic Youth Choir, sixteen years ago, the newly-appointed Principal Pops Conductor for the Philharmonic, Erich Kunzel asked, “Where’s the Youth Choir?” And, as there wasn’t one, Cochran got an immediate call to establish one.
